Customer Warranty: By placing an order, the customer warrants they are fully knowledgeable regarding:

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Vantage Aminos harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the possession or use of our products.
3. Authorized Product Use

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for testing and using materials in compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and all other applicable federal laws.
Vantage Aminos is not liable for damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or unforeseen complications.
4. Intellectual Property & Safety Compliance
The sale of any material does not grant a license for its use in a manner that infringes upon existing patents. The purchaser confirms they have established industrial hygiene controls and safety protocols necessary to protect personnel from exposure hazards.
5. Misuse and Compliance Monitoring
Vantage Aminos maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the misuse of our products. Any communication suggesting that products will be used for purposes other than legitimate research will result in an immediate permanent ban and the cancellation of the order.
Institutional Affiliation: Purchasers warrant they are affiliated with a recognized laboratory, university, or research institution. Any individual misrepresenting their affiliation to purchase these materials commits a fraudulent act for which they may be held legally liable.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vantage Aminos, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any third-party claims or legal fees arising from your use of the products, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
7. Account Consequences & Disputes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of this agreement. Disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between both parties.
8. Entirety of Agreement
This document constitutes the complete agreement between Vantage Aminos and the user. No prior oral or written understandings shall apply. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by updating this document.
9. Severability & Headings
If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, that specific part shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full effect. Section headings are provided for reference only.
10. Force Majeure
Vantage Aminos is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including shipping delays, customs holds, or supply chain interruptions.
