To guarantee that every researcher receives correct materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a shipment leaves our facility, its “chain of custody” is broken. To protect the integrity of your experiments and the safety of our standards, we never restock or resell returned items. All sales are final.

We take pride in our packing, but if something goes wrong during transit, we’ve got your back.

  • The Window: Inspect your order immediately. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, email admin@vantageaminos.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • The Resolution: We’ll review the issue and, at our discretion, ship out a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Note: After 7 days, we can no longer verify the storage conditions of the product, so please reach out early.

Changing Your Mind

Speed is our priority. Because we process orders quickly, you can only cancel before the shipping label is created. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, it’s officially on its way and cannot be modified or stopped.

The Refund Process

Approved refunds (for damage or errors) are sent straight back to your original payment method. We’ll trigger the refund within 10 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to reflect the balance on your account.
