  4. No Human Consumption Warranty: You warrant that these compounds are not approved by the FDA for human or animal consumption, diagnostic testing, or therapeutic use, and you agree never to introduce these compounds into the body of any human or animal.

SECTION 2 – CLIENT ACCREDITATION AND GATED ACCOUNTS

To access our product catalog, order historical logs, and pricing matrix, you must complete our mandatory Client Registration Portal.

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information regarding your institutional affiliation, legal age, and classification.
  • Our authentication stack operates on a passwordless verification system. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your verified email inbox and the access tokens sent to it.
  • We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny registration, suspend accounts, or terminate access to the gated client portal without prior notice if we suspect a user has misrepresented their institutional research credentials.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS, MODIFICATIONS, AND PRICING

  • Wholesale Pricing: Prices for our laboratory materials are proprietary data hidden behind our client gate and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
  • We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our materials to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis based on compliance profiling.

SECTION 4 – BILLING, ACCURATE ACCOUNT RECORDS, AND COMPLIANCE AUDITS

We reserve the right to refuse any purchase order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You explicitly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vantage Aminos LLC, its parent holding company Vantage AMWY LLC, and our partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

This includes, without limitation, any legal or financial liabilities, injuries, or damages resulting from your handling, storage, compounding, or direct application of any research material acquired through this platform.

SECTION 7 – SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 8 – BINDING ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING JURISDICTION

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions, dispute resolutions, or arbitration claims arising out of transactions tied to this platform must be filed and settled exclusively within the state courts of Wyoming.
