SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

SECTION 1 – FULFILLMENT TIMELINES AND DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All product orders placed through the gated client portal are processed, securely packaged, and dispatched from our fulfillment hubs within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, a tracking number issued by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) will be automatically generated and transmitted to your registered account email.
  • Standard domestic transit times typically range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination jurisdiction.
  • All compounds are securely packed in protective, impact-resistant materials to ensure structural integrity during standard transit. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

SECTION 2 – LOST, DAMAGED, OR SEIZED SHIPMENTS

Vantage Aminos LLC utilizes reliable commercial carriers to manage asset distribution. However, once a shipment is handed over to the carrier, physical custody shifts entirely to that carrier.

  • Damaged Shipments: In the event that a shipment arrives with compromised packaging or structural damage to the vials, you must report the issue to our compliance team via your client portal within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic documentation of the unopened, damaged transit packaging alongside your order verification details.
  • Carrier Delays and Lost Cargo: We are not legally or financially liable for carrier transit delays resulting from weather anomalies, routing errors, or operational carrier constraints. If a package is formally declared “Lost in Transit” by the carrier, our team will assist you in filing an official carrier claim.
  • Regulatory Seizures: The purchaser assumes 100% responsibility for ensuring that the destination jurisdiction permits the receipt and possession of laboratory research compounds. Vantage Aminos LLC is not responsible, nor do we issue refunds, for shipments that are delayed, intercepted, destroyed, or seized by local, state, or federal regulatory authorities.

SECTION 3 – UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES AND RTS (RETURN TO SENDER)

The purchaser is strictly responsible for providing an accurate, secure, and complete delivery address during checkout.

  • If a shipment is marked as “Undeliverable” or “Return to Sender” by the carrier due to an inaccurate address input, missing suite/laboratory designators, or because the facility refused delivery, the buyer is liable for the secondary shipping fees required to re-route or re-ship the package.
  • Because our products consist of delicate, precisely manufactured research chemicals, any package returned to our facility by a carrier due to delivery failure is legally classified as compromised and cannot be re-introduced to our clean-room inventory.

SECTION 4 – FORCE MAJEURE

Vantage Aminos LLC and its parent holding company, Vantage AMWY LLC, shall not be held liable for fulfillment failures or shipping disruptions arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation: acts of God, global supply chain breakdowns, institutional biological quarantines, government embargoes, or national transportation strikes.
